Kia ora e te whānau,
Our podcast Paperback Guerrillas is live!
The purpose of this podcast is a platform to share mana enhancing kōrero that we reckon adds value to the world, in the hope it helps someone to thrive. So it’s pretty simple, but it means the content can be pretty diverse!
In episode one, I talk about starting Wellington Shoebox Christmas and Paperback Guerrillas, and how much they overlap.
In episode 2, I talk with Libby Hakaraia and Tainui Stephens (founders of Māoriland Film Festival – the biggest indigenous film festival in the southern hemisphere), about everything from racist ex prime-ministers and imposter syndrome, to doing the work you love.
In episode three I chat with Dr. Ben Walker about performance-based-identity and its implications on parenting, career, and sports.
Episode four is me, David W and Warena talking about pukapuka (books) and introducing the alternative episode format where we break-down books we think worth sharing.
…And that’s only the first four episodes 🙂
